Made-to-Order: Typically 10–25 days. Varies by design intricacy and the artist’s queue. We confirm the estimated creation timeline with the artist and notify you by email. Production will only begin once you approve the timeline.

Each piece is made by hand or prepared specifically for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items: We pack every piece with care. If your item arrives damaged, please Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Once confirmed, we’ll make it right with a replacement, repair solution or refund at no extra cost to you.

Duties & Taxes: Import duties are on us. Sales taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
