On an unhurried afternoon walk through the park, artist Nian San paused beneath a canopy of trees. The world above was alive, dappled golden light filtered through silhouetted branches, clusters of leaves dissolved into soft glowing orbs, and grasses swayed in shifting diagonal streams of green.
