Story
Inspired by the dawn redwood forest of Qing Mountain Lake in Hangzhou, this piece captures a quiet moment where sunlight filters through tall trees and settles gently on the lake’s surface. Floating duckweed drifts across the water, softening reflections into layers of green and gold.
The stillness of water, the elongated shadows, and the fleeting glow of late afternoon. It evokes a sense of calm suspension, as if time slows down between breath and breeze.
