We welcome custom requests, created with the same care, warmth, and artistic intention as every piece in our collection.
01. Oil Painting
We currently offer custom oil paintings exclusively for our Silhouette Series.
This is a semi-custom process:
- Choose a preferred style from our existing silhouette artworks
- The silhouette will be recreated based on your pet
- Please provide clear photos (front, side, and back views)
- Size can be customized
- Color preferences are welcome, with guidance from the artist
Each piece is hand-painted in oil on linen canvas, signed by the artist.
02. Other Categories
For custom requests in other categories (fiber art, glassware, ceramics, etc.)
please contact us directly to discuss feasibility and details.
How to Request

Kindly include:
- your preferred style
- reference photos or ideas
- desired size
We will review your request and get back to you with details, timeline and pricing.
Pricing & Payment
Each custom piece is priced based on its size and complexity, with shipping and duties included.
Once all details are thoughtfully confirmed, a $150 deposit is required to begin.
When your artwork is ready, we will share a final preview and send an invoice for the remaining balance.
After payment, your piece will be carefully prepared and sent on its way to you.
A Gentle Note
As each custom piece is made to order, we kindly ask for your understanding that:
- Minor adjustments are possible after completion.
- Major changes such as composition, pose or overall color tone are not supported once the painting is finished.
- All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
