Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free International Shipping on all orders worldwide. Most of our pieces are made-to-order, crafted with heart and soul by independent artists specifically for you.

  • Production Time: Typically takes 7–20 business days. Varies by design intricacy and the artist’s queue. Upon receiving an order, we will email you the estimated creation time and logistics schedule.

  • Quality Inspection: After production, please 2-3 business days for final quality inspection, careful packaging and dispatch.

  • Changes & Cancellations

    • Before Production: Need a different style or want to cancel? You can freely modify your order before production starts. Just email us ASAP!

    • Art in Progress: Because our pieces are made-to-order, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once our artists have begun their work.

  • Return & Exchanges: 
    • Final Sale: All pieces at Neroliya Studio are either handmade, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind. For this reason, all sales are final.

    • Damaged Items: If anything arrives broken, please report it within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.


Shipping Destinations

We currently do not ship to the following destinations:

  • Sudan, South Sudan, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Crimea

  • Remote U.S. regions including Alaska and Hawaii

  • U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam

  • Overseas territories of all countries

  • APO/FPO military addresses

International Delivery Time

International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and local courier operations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Delivery times are typically within 7-9 business days.

Delivery times are typically within 8-12 business days.

Delivery times are typically within 5-10 business days.

East Asia except China

Delivery times are typically within 3-7 business days.

Africa

Delivery times are typically within 10-16 business days.

Middle East

Delivery times are typically within 6-12 business days.

 

Duties & Taxes

We are pleased to offer a hassle-free shopping experience. For all international orders, import duties are covered by us.

Please note that our online product prices do not include sales tax. Applicable sales taxes or VAT are the responsibility of the customer and will be automatically calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

 

Tracking Information

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, a separate email with tracking information will be sent. Please allow at least 12 hours for tracking details to update after receiving the tracking number.

 

Late Delivery

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays (UPS, DHL, FedEx or local partners)

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for shipping delays caused by these factors.

 

Lost Packages

If you experience delivery or tracking issues, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier directly, as they can often resolve the issue more quickly.

In some cases, packages may be marked as “delivered” prematurely or require additional information from the recipient.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the matter.

Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for loss due to theft or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Refused Shipments

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer-related reasons (including incorrect address or unavailability), the customer will be responsible for all associated costs.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Duties and taxes (if applicable)
  • Handling or storage fees

Any refund, if applicable, will be issued after deducting these costs.
