Blue Sea Legend is a hand-painted glassware series by Shi Yu, inspired by the soft blue world beneath the surface of the sea. Tiny fish, drifting water plants, bubbles, and pale ocean waves move across the transparent glass, as if a quiet underwater story has been gently held in the hand.

The clear glass keeps the feeling light and airy, while the blue brushwork brings a sense of coolness, movement, and summer calm. When filled with tea, water, or a delicate drink, each piece seems to come alive: fish begin to swim, waves become softer, and the table turns into a small blue sea.

Materials

High-borosilicate glass painted with glass-specific, lead- & cadmium-free pigments. Handmade and kiln-fired at 580°C.
Each piece is shaped, painted, and finished entirely by hand. Because of this handmade process, slight variations in brushwork, pattern density, and placement are natural and celebrated—your piece is truly one of a kind, crafted with intention and care by the artist.

Damaged Items: We pack every piece with care. If your item arrives damaged, please Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Once confirmed, we’ll make it right with a replacement, repair solution or refund at no extra cost to you.
