Texture & Light Oil Painting Series –Linger in Light (Original 1/1)

As dusk settles across the window, branches gather into quiet patterns of light.

In this two-piece work, Nian San traces a fleeting pause, soft shadows drifting within a warm glow, gently held by the frame. The windows do not simply contain a view, they create a distance, subtle and tender, between us and what we see. Light spreads slowly across the surface, softening edges, while shadows linger just a moment longer than expected.

Two canvases, like facing windows, both holding the same quiet invitation: to slow down, and stay with the light a little longer.
